Program Advertisement

Advertisement space is available in the 2018 Festival program. Contact president Samuel Nordlund by January 31, 2018 to reserve your space. Rates are $125 for full page, $75 for half-page, and $50 for quarter-page.

Exhibit Information

There are five potential exhibit locations in the Moody Music Building during the Festival. Exhibitors may set up any time after 6:00 on Thursday, February 9 and remain until the concert is over on Sunday afternoon, February 12. This time window is the available time, but exhibitors are not required to be present at all times and may choose to use any periods within this time frame. There will be no reduction in fee for reduced usage.

Three prime locations are available in the lobby. Fees are $400 for three six-foot tables. ONLY the three tables provided can be used. A $100 deposit is required to reserve a lobby spot.

Two other locations in the building, the Green Room is an enclosed space, perfect if you want to specialize in repairs. The Green Room fee is $250. The other space is outside a rehearsal room. One six-foot table will be provided here. This space costs $150.

  • Wares and information should be limited to relevant music instruments, supplies, or services.
  • Instrument demonstrations should not interfere with rehearsals or concerts.
  • Alabama Orchestra Association assumes no responsibility for exhibit security. Exhibitors are responsible for their own wares and display materials at all times.
  • Exhibits should not interfere in any way with Festival activities or the flow of participants through the building.
  • Exhibitors shall use the drive in front of Moody Music Building for unloading and loading only. Vehicles should not be left unattended.
